LABS is a Real Estate management, investment and tokenisation (blockchain) solutions company, which will then evolve into a trading platform.

Digitised Securities or tokenisation will allow fractional ownership and 24/7 borderless transactions and liquidity, and both these would command a premium which the others couldn’t. There are several more advantages outlined in more details within the whitepaper.

The WP (West Palazzo) tokens launched by LABS are asset backed tokens which means that each token value will always have a Net Asset Value (NAV) to back it up, in this case, the apartment value.

LABS introduces the two token system in which the asset token will represent the asset value and the income token will have the dividend paid out to it. We believe that this will bring more liquidity especially to the income tokens, and that it caters more specifically to different types of investor preferences, such as asset-focused and income focused.

The Asset token value will come from the appreciation of the property value while the income token value will depend on the current and future proceeds from rental, investment, mortgage and tokenisation services.

Each investor will get both tokens 1:1 equally but free to trade in accordance to needs and preference when they are on secondary market.

Yes, LABS will ensure that the tokens will be listed on secondary market for trading.

If you hold both the asset and income tokens, you do own a part of the apartment. To really swap for the actual apartments (such as to own and live in it), you need to own enough asset and income tokens that equate to the Square Feet area of the desired apartment, and then apply to our management company.
